Shipping Information

Dorado currently offers USA shipping.  

We are working hard to offer shipping for our international customers!  

We strive to ship orders out as a fast as possible! Once your order is placed, your order will ship out within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).   

You will receive an email that confirms your order. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships to follow your order progress.  

Carriers usually take 1-2 business days to confirm a shipment status.   

If your tracking number does not update after this period, please contact our team. 

Orders may be cancelled after being placed.  

If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us at support@doradoskin.com and we will take care of you.  

We cannot cancel orders once they are shipped unfortunately.
